In this thread, we’ll walk you through how to use the Availability Feature on the His Wellness Co. platform. This feature allows you to show when you're available for bookings, helping clients find the right time to connect with you.
How to Turn On the Availability Feature:
- Log in to your His Wellness Co. account.
- Use the My Account dropdown and select the My Listings link or click to go to your Dashboard.
- You'll see a new box with the words "Available Now".
- Toggle the switch to "ON"
What Happens When It's On:
- Instant updates: Changes you make to your availability will be immediately reflected on your listing and on search results.
- Priority in search: Your search result listing will be prominently displayed at the top (above others who have it turned off) and you'll come up in the search when clients use the filter Available Now.
Here is an example of a search result listing when it's turned ON:
How to Turn It Off:
- Use the My Account dropdown and select the My Listings link.
- Navigate to the "Available Now" box here.
- Toggle the switch to "OFF".
